One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa offers a 19-metre swimming pool, gym, and fitness studios with complimentary use for guests. The Thermal Suite and rooftop Hydropool, known as Escape at One, are available at a preferential rate and must be booked prior to arrival. Additional spa treatments such as full body massage, hammam, and steam room can be arranged, with spa/wellness packages and locker rooms provided.

One Square Bar + Brasserie offers a modern Scottish menu and a Gin Tasting experience featuring over 100 varieties of gin.
